CNG Fuel Tanks for Compressed Natural Gas Vehicles
Determining Which Tank Is Right for Your Car or Truck
The number of compressed natural gas filling stations continues to grow in Northeast Ohio, Utah, and the surrounding areas. Prices per GGE of CNG vary greatly from state to state, but are typically at least $1 to $1.50 less than traditional gasoline.
Refueling your vehicle’s CNG fuel tanks is similar to traditional gasoline or diesel, but you will connect a coupler, rather than insert a nozzle. The time it takes to refuel your CNG-powered vehicle is about the same as a traditional gas pump, and you don’t have to worry about fuel spills with compressed natural gas.
